Cocoa Cappucino Mousse

Here is another really easy recipe I tried over Thanksgiving weekend. It's a very rich and delicious chocolaty dessert which went perfect with Thanksgiving dinner! :)

All you need is:

1 can of sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated)
1 pint of whipping cream
3 Tablespoons of butter
1/3 cup of cocoa powder
2 teaspoons of espresso coffee dissolved in 2 teaspoons of hot water

Now, in a small saucepan combine sweetened condensed milk, butter, cocoa powder, and espresso coffee. On low heat constantly stir until butter is melted.
In a mixing bowl beat the whipping cream until its stiff, then add the cocoa mixture and mix until the cocoa mixture is completely mixed with the whipped cream.
Chill for about 2 hours and serve cold.

Hope you liked it! Lemme know if you try this recipe and if it turned out just as good or better for you too! :) Enjoy!

Some of my very first cakes

Here are some pics of my very first cakes I had made.. which is why they're not that great, not that any of the other cakes I've made so far are any better. :) I just thought I'd add these as well to kinda show you the different designs I've done so far.
This was actually the first cake I had made for someone else other than my own family. Again we have the basket cake here with hard candy flowers all made out of scratch.

New York Cake

I ended up making a New York themed cake for that 60s themed bridal shower because the bride is moving to New York after she gets married.

All the decorations are made out of fondant on this one. The cake is covered with buttercream icing though.

Tie Dye Cake

I was supposed to make a cake for a 60s themed bridal shower.. So I decided to experiment at home and tried to make a tie dye cake. In my opinion I thought it turned out pretty well.

Anniversary Cake

I made this cake for an Anniversary party for a family friend.. This cake is covered with fondant. The heart and flowers are made out of fondant as well..

Basket Cake

Here are a few pictures of a cake I made for a baby shower early this summer. It was a Spring themed baby shower. This is supposed to be a basket cake with edible hard candy flowers all made out of scratch by me.
